On October 19th 2022 PHOENIX MEDIA Austria invited to the long-awaited Magento Stammtisch in Vienna. As always, all participants could enjoy exciting talks, top-class speakers and sufficient time between the various slots for networking with delicious finger food and drinks. Together with Anna Völkl and Matthias Glitzner-Zeis, Björn Kraus welcomed the numerous guests and introduced the evening.
The totally unofficial Adobe Commerce Roadmap
The talks started with John Baxendale, Senior Partner Solutions Architect at Adobe Commerce EMEA, who could not be there live, but joined us virtually from beautiful Barcelona. He shared useful information on the Adobe Commerce roadmap and revealed what is planned for the Adobe Experience Cloud in the near future.
Storyblok and Hyvä in a headless CMS project with Magento
It then continued on site with an exciting talk on Headless CMS. Matthias Glitzner-Zeis explained how merchants can achieve a unique experience in their Magento online shop using Hyvä and Storyblok. If you want to know more about Hyvä Themes and Storyblok, how it came about to use them in a headless CMS project with Magento and would like to enjoy practical examples, you should not miss his presentation. The relevance of code quality
Last but not least was our colleague Andreas Schrammel, who spoke about a very important topic: code quality. The aim was to provide answers to the following questions: Why is it important to pay attention to the quality of your own code? How can you make a habit of it and integrate it into your daily workflows? You can watch the full session here.
Magento Stammtisch in Vienna was a complete success
The evening showed once more that the Magento Stammtisch is one of the most relevant and important events within the Magento Community and that we are all happy to come together again to have a good chat in person. We are more than happy that the Magento Stammtisch events are now taking place regularly again all over Germany and that we host our own events in our offices in Stuttgart, Vienna and soon other locations as well.
